Simple directions are
- From I-5 North, Take Hwy 38 (Exit 163) west to Hwy 101 in Reesport. Go south (turn left) about 4 miles south of town. Salmon Harbor Landing be visible as you enter Winchester Bay.
- From I-5 South, Take Hwy 138 (Exit 136) and go west (left). This road leads to Hwy 38 (the intersection is a flashing red light just out of Elkton). Go west (left) to Hwy 101, then south on Hwy 101 (left) and continue south for about 4 miles to Winchester Bay.
- If you are already on the coast, Winchester Bay is located north of Coos Bay and South of Florence.
